We offer a refund to all customers if you’ve told us within 14 days of receiving your goods that you want to cancel. You have another 14 days to return the goods once you’ve told us. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back. Customers should pay for the postages of the returns. All returns must be in their original condition and packaging for a full refund of the price you paid for the item. Personalised products will only be accepted if the product is faulty, as per the Distance Selling Regulations.
